The technical parameters of industrial towers include the following aspects:
Design parameters:
Wind speed: The maximum design wind speed is 40 m/s.
Deviation: The deviation of the tower does not exceed 1/1500 of the tower height.
Earthquake resistance: The earthquake resistance is 8 degrees.
Ice thickness: The ice thickness is 20 cm.
Material standards:
Steel: The tower body steel adopts hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection. The steel, round steel, steel pipe and plate used are all Q235. The quality standard should comply with the provisions of "Carbon Structural Steel" GB700-88.
Welding rod: The welding rod adopts E43 type, and the quality standard should comply with the provisions of "Carbon Steel Welding Rod" GB5117-85.
Bolts: All connecting bolts are C-grade hexagonal bolts. The quality standards of bolts, nuts and washers shall comply with the provisions of "C-grade hexagonal bolts" GB5780-86, "C-grade I-type hexagonal nuts" GB41-86 and "C-grade flat washers" GB95-85.
Manufacturing standards:
Component manufacturing: The manufacturing of steel tower components shall comply with the provisions indicated in the construction drawings, and comply with the relevant provisions of "Steel Structure Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code" GB50205-95 and "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing of Radio and Television Towers" GBY65-89.
Allowable deviation of components: When the length of the component L≤5m, the length deviation shall not exceed ±2mm; when the length of the component L>5m, the length deviation shall not exceed ±3mm. The overall bending of the component shall not exceed 1/1000 of the length, and the local bending shall not exceed the measured length.
Other parameters:
Grounding resistance: Grounding resistance ≤5 ohms.
Lightning rod: A lightning rod is designed on the top of the tower, and the tower body is connected to the lightning protection grounding grid.
Aviation sign light: An aviation sign light should also be installed on the top of the tower.
