Structural features of lamp poles

‌The structural features of lamp poles mainly include the following aspects:

‌Structural design‌: The lamp pole usually adopts a pyramidal single-body structure, which is made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. The cross-section of the lamp pole can be octagonal, twelve-sided or eighteen-sided, and the maximum wind resistance can reach 60 meters per second. The lamp pole is generally composed of two to three sections, which is convenient for installation and transportation.

‌Material and surface treatment‌: The lamp pole is mainly made of high-strength high-quality steel plates, and the surface treatment usually adopts hot-dip galvanizing process to improve its corrosion resistance and service life.

‌Lifting system‌: The lifting and lowering of high pole lamps mainly depends on hydraulic systems or electric lifting devices. The hydraulic system transports hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder through a hydraulic pump to push the piston to move to achieve lifting and lowering; the electric lifting system controls the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel through electric motors, winches, wire ropes and other components, and has the characteristics of fast speed and flexible control.

‌Guide and unloading system‌: In order to ensure that the lamp panel does not move laterally during the lifting process, the high pole lamp is equipped with a guide and unloading system. The system consists of guide wheels and guide arms, which can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp panel rises into place. ‌
‌Lighting electrical system‌: The lighting electrical system of the high pole lamp usually includes 6 to 24 400w to 1000w metal halide lamps, spotlights or floodlights. The computer time controller can automatically control the switching time of the lamp and partial or full lighting to meet the lighting needs in different scenes‌.
