Freestanding Chimney

Freestanding chimney is a steel exhaust stack that stands by its own shell and base, without a full outside tower frame. It is used when a plant needs a clear vertical discharge point but wants to keep the ground layout simple.

The body is usually made in sections, then checked for roundness, weld line, flange fit, and coating before shipment. In boiler rooms, heating plants, and small industrial workshops, this form saves space and keeps later inspection easier because the outside surface is open to view.

The product can include steel shell sections, base plate, flange rings, ladder or platform parts, lightning rod, inspection port, anchor bolts, and rain cap. Material is selected from carbon steel, stainless steel, or lined steel by gas condition.
